Bikes are faster and more exciting two-wheeler than a car.
There are lots of Bike Enthusiasts in our country. I, Myself am a Bike lover.
This article is dedicated to all Bike Riders and enthusiasts for whom speed is the freedom of the soul, the question is not when you gonna stop but who is gonna stop’em.
Hence here comes my research of the 10 most expensive bikes in Nepal as of mid-2021. The list will go from the least expensive to the most expensive in this list of the 10 most expensive bikes in Nepal. So here we go –
10. BMW G310 GS – Mass Production Bike
Price in NRs – 11,00,000
So yea, we start with a BMW as the cheapest on this list – but cheap depends on who you ask. As you have seen, the cheapest bike on this list is 11 lakhs. Dang, that’s a lot of money.
This bike can reach up to the top speed of 143 mph which is not too fast for bikes, but this is not the bike meant for speed either. This bike is meant for those who go on adventures and tours across the country. As this says, this is a bike meant to last long and survive strong. As for those who do know a lot about bikes, here are the specs of this bike in detail.

9. Benelli TNT 600i – Super Bikes
Price in Nrs – 19,00,000
Isn’t it shocking that the next most expensive bike is already 8 lakhs more than the last one? Well, expect this every time we move on to the next bike. While there are bikes whose price is between BMW and this one, they fall mostly into the same price range and are of similar types.
This however is not an adventure bike and is meant for speed as this bike can reach up to the speed of 224 kmph. Not only this, this speed demon can accelerate from 0to 100 Kmph within 4.2 seconds as well.
As with before, the specs are as follows.

8. Yamaha YZF R6 – Super Bikes
Price in NRs 27,00,000
For number 8 in this list of expensive bikes, we have a bike and brand that everyone – including dumbos like those who don’t know ABCD of bikes – have heard about. But back when I heard about this bike through the ad’s I never thought that this would cost 27 lakhs.
This is a bike made for speed ( and showing off). You thought Benelli was fast, meet its father. With the top speed of 262 Kmph and taking as little as 3 seconds to reach 100Kmph from 0, This bike will leave the previous speed demon in the dust – and drag the soul out of people who are scared of speed like me.
The specs of this bike are as follows:
Displacement | 599 cc |
Maximum Power | 118.4 HP @ 14,500 rpm |
Maximum Torque | 61.7 Nm @ 10500 rpm |
Number of Cylinders | 4 |

Kerb/Wet Weight | 190 kg |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 17 liters |
7. Honda CBR 600 RR – Super Bikes
Price in NRs- 34,50,000
This is another one of those bikes that I know the name of. This bike somehow reminds me of the very first Dhoom movie. Maybe it is because this type of look was famous back in those days or because it stands out, somehow I remember the look of this bike.
Now as a sports bike, this one is a speed demon as well and is not meant for off-road travel. But on the roads, this beast can still go up to 257 Kmph. However, due to this being a sports bike, the acceleration is much more balanced. Regardless, it is still enough to speed the soul out of me.
The specifications are as follows:
Displacement | 599 cc |
Maximum Power | 121 HP @ 14,000 rpm |
Maximum Torque | 64 Nm @ 11,500 rpm |
Number of Cylinders | 4 |
Emission Standard | BS6-Compliant |
Number of Gears | 6 |
Seat Height | 820 mm |
Ground Clearance | 125 mm |
Kerb/Wet Weight | 194 kg |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 18 liters |
6. Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa – Super Bikes
Price in NRs- 36,00,000
By now this list has become the speed demon club of bikes or rather rich speed demon club of bikes. This bike costing 36 lakhs easily beats the previous ones so far. With the top speed exceeding 300 Kmph and reaching 312 Kmph, this bike is fast- really fast.
If you move at top speed, you can go from kirtipur to Gandaki Province within an hour. While this is impressive, you have to understand that this is not the best speed for the traffic-filled Kathmandu valley. Now while I hate the speed ( I am scared) the bike does look good.
The specs are as follows for those who actually know a few things:
Displacement | 1340 cc |
Maximum Power | 190 HP @ 9,700 rpm |
Maximum Torque | 150 Nm @ 7,000 rpm |
Number of Cylinders | 4 |
Emission Standard | BS6-Compliant |
Number of Gears | 6 |
Seat Height | 800 mm |
Ground Clearance | 125 mm |
Kerb/Wet Weight | 264 kg |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 20 liters |
5. MV Agusta F4 RR – Super Bikes.
Price in NRs – 38,75,000
Now it seems like we are finally slowing down a bit but the bikes are looking increasingly good. With a price of over 28 lakhs, this bike does indeed look good with a color scheme of red black, and silver.
The top speed is a bit reduced however the transition is better than a lot of other bikes of the same category. As this is a racing bike, you better stick to roads if you want to be safe as these types are known to slip and fail when confronted across rough terrain.
Here come the specs again though:
Displacement | 998 cc |
Maximum Power | 201 HP @ 13600 rpm |
Maximum Torque | 111 Nm @ 9600 rpm |
Number of Cylinders | 4 |
Number of Gears | 6 |
Seat Height | 830 mm |
Ground Clearance | 115 mm |
Fuel Tank Capacity | 17 litres |
4. Ducati Diavel Carbon – Super Bikes
Price in NRs- 40,00,000
For a lot of youths, Ducatio was the face for sports bikes and for a reason as well. They look dang good and are fast as heck. This expensive bike is indeed slower than the speed demons on this list. But while it lacks in the top speed department, this bike excels at acceleration.
The top speed is 250 Kmph which is indeed slower than the ones so far but this beast of a bike can go from 0 to 100 Kmph in under 2.5 seconds. That is faster than the time it takes to tell the name of this bike. Knowing this, I am scared of the acceleration power of this bike now.
The specs are as follows
Kerb Weight | 234 kg |
Ground Clearance | 130 mm |
Wheelbase | 1580 mm |
Seat Height | 770 mm |
Power (BHP) | 159.70 bhp @ 9,250 rpm |
Torque (NM) | 130.50 Nm @ 8,000 rpm |

Suspension Rear | Fully adjustable rear shock with progressive linka |
Wheel Size (inches) | 17 inches |
Tyre Size Front | 120/70 ZR 17 Pirelli Diablo Rosso II |
Tyre Size Rear | 240/45 ZR17 Pirelli Diablo Rosso II |
3. Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Pikes Peak – Super Bikes
Price in NRs 45,00,000
Finally taking a break from the speed demons, this is a touring bike meant for both off-road and on road travels. Since this is a touring bike, the emphasis is less on the speed and more on the traction of the tire. Looking at the tires, I feel like I can trust the grip.
Despite being a bike I can relax a bit – at least when compared to the other expensive ones on the list – the top speed of this bike is still 240 Kmph which is rather high but, still this is better for those who are scared of speeds like me.

2. Harley Davidson Iron 883 – Super Bikes
Price in NRs 45,85,000
Don’t get fooled by the price being under 50 lakhs. This is still number 2 on the list of the most expensive bikes.
Anyways it feels like I am finally away from the scary bikes. This bike looks really comfortable and is something I would ride in the streets – if I can afford it. The fact that the top speed is only around 168 Kmph is reassuring as well.
Harley Davidson is a bike brand that a lot of us have heard of, if not all, and is known for being an expensive one. As I said, I will buy this one if I can afford this someday.

1. MV Agusta F4 RR – Maybe The Best Bike In Nepal
Price in NRs – 61,90,000
Yes, this is the most expensive bike in Nepal as of mid-2021. You can see why this bike is on the top of the list easily though. The selling price of this bike nears 62 lakhs. But this is a speed demon with a top speed of around 297 kmph.
This is not the kind of bike that a normal person of Nepal would buy nor can afford to buy. However, those who own this bike can flex heavily on anyone and everyone who is knowledgeable about motorbikes.
